SERO Foundation Volunteer Recruitment Program
Dear SERO community members, the second recruitment of community volunteers has begun!
- The second volunteer recruitment duration: 1st March — 10th March
- SERO Foundation volunteers are limited to 50 people and currently have 9 people
The gradual strength of the SERO community is inseparable from the trust and dedication of each community partner. The lovely volunteers existed earlier than the foundation and are an important part of the foundation team. After unanimous discussions among the members of the Foundation’s community, the relevant recruitment, rights, incentives, and evaluation rights of the volunteers are regulated as follows, effective from 1st March.
Recruitment methods for SERO community volunteer officers
Recruitment process:
- Must be recommended by a Director with reasons. (Message @SERO_Aakash on Telegram if you want to join)
- After the three directors jointly discuss and agree, they can become volunteer officers.
Volunteers who apply can first select the more familiar Directors based on the list of SERO Foundation Directors to explain their intention to register and apply for referrals.
Welcome to continue to pay attention and support the SERO blockchain. Community members who have the skills and are willing to grow together with the project and to join the ranks of volunteers are welcomed. We hope that the volunteers have at least basic SERO public chain knowledge, receive regular training and assessment and understand the performance of SERO products. Rights and incentives of SERO community volunteer officers
Rights explanation
- Enjoy the right to be promoted to a Director.
- Enjoy the right to participate in the internal training of the Foundation.
- Enjoy the rights to independently manage the SERO community.
- Enjoys knowing, discussing, and making decisions about project community development.

Incentive Description [Token incentive]
- Volunteer officer performance reward: 300 SERO / month; 120 contribution coins / month.
- Special Contribution Reward: For the foundation members who made special contributions to the SERO public chain and greatly promoted the development of the project, they passed the recognition of their contributions to the work by more than half of the members of the foundation. In the month, they will apply in addition to regular incentives will get a special contribution reward. Specific rewards can be discussed separately based on specific contributions.
Incentive Instructions [How to upgrade from a volunteer to a member of SERO Foundation]
- Must be sponsored by a member of the foundation and approved by a majority vote of all members of the council to become alternate members.
- After completing an assessment cycle (three months) for the work of the foundation, the debriefing evaluation of all directors and alternate directors will be performed every three months. The alternate directors can apply and pass the evaluation of the debriefing evaluation and promotion of the directors, and then be promoted to the foundation director.
Assessment instructions:
- Volunteers will complete the assessment together with the foundation directors. If the assessment period ends, the volunteer status will be waived by default.
