SERO Foundation Volunteer Recruitment Program [1st June-10th June]
Dear SERO community members, the third recruitment of community volunteers has begun!
Recruitment time: 1st June, 2020–10th June, 2020
SERO Community Volunteer Officer Recruitment Process
a) Must be recommended by a Director with reasons. (Message @SERO_Aakash on Telegram if you want to join)
b) With the approval of the joint discussion and voting of the three directors, you can become a secretary volunteer.
c) Each volunteer who applies to join will have a one-month “internship” period. After one month, they will be converted into a formal volunteer officer according to their contribution to the community and will become eligible for “internship” volunteer incentives.
2. Rights and Incentives of SERO Community Volunteer Officers
Explanation of Rights
- Enjoy the right to be promoted to director
- Enjoy the right to participate in internal training of the foundation
- Enjoy the rights to manage SERO community independently
- Enjoy the resolution on community development of knowing, discussing and making decisions

Incentive description [Token incentive]
- Volunteer officer performance reward: 300 SERO / month; 120 contribution coins / month
- Special Contribution Rewards: For members who make special contributions to the SERO public chain and greatly promote the development of the project, after more than half of the members of the foundation recognize their contributions of work, in addition to regular incentives, additional applications will be applied in the month for a special contribution award, the specific award can be discussed separately according to the specific contribution.
Incentive description [How to upgrade from volunteer to SERO member]
- It must be sponsored by a director of the foundation and passed by a majority of all board members to become an alternate director.
- After working for the foundation for a full evaluation cycle (three months), the debriefing evaluation of all directors and alternate directors will be conducted every three months. The alternate directors can apply, and after passing the debriefing evaluation and promotion of the director ’s evaluation, they will be transferred to the foundation director.
